What this site knows about you.

This site exists to tell you where True Colors is, when it’s open, and how to reach us. It is built to collect as little as possible. This page says exactly what that means.
What we collect
Nothing you type. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter, no booking system on this site. If you want to reach us, you call. We don’t receive anything from your visit except what any web server sees.
Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like every host, Vercel’s servers record basic technical details of each request — your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — for security and to keep the service running. We don’t analyse these and don’t use them to identify you. Vercel’s own privacy policy governs that data.
No cookies. This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising scripts. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no banner.
Page counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, so we know which pages people actually read. It records the page, the site you came from, an approximate location (country, region, city), and your browser and device type. It sets no cookies, uses no identifier that follows you to other websites, and discards a visit after 24 hours. It is served from this site’s own domain, not a third-party tracker. We see totals, never people.
Third parties the site talks to
- Google Fonts — the typefaces load from Google’s servers, which see the request and your IP address the way any file download does.
- Google Maps and Google reviews — links on this site open Google. Once you’re there, Google’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
- Your phone — tapping a phone number on a mobile device opens your dialler. We don’t see whether you called.
Your stylist, not the salon
True Colors is a station-rental salon. Each stylist is an independent business and keeps their own client records, appointment book and payment details. Anything you share with your stylist is held by them, not by this website and not by the salon as a whole.
Children
The site is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If the site ever starts doing more than this — a booking form, say — this page will change before it does, and the effective date above will move.
